Yulane Family Happiness LLC invested six (6) operating partnerred programs and 3 nonprofit supporting organizations. These programs are the legal business entities, either independently owned, or cooperatively operated with Yulane Family Happiness LLC.. Yulane Family Happiness LLC might have the scaled equity position(s) in these business organizations.
One of the most important organizational issues is to develop clarity of function into the business process. Because of the comprehensive responsibilities for Yulane IVF processes of having a Yulane Baby that must work with different 12 services providers for client located in China, we have to figure out by ourselves how each Yulane IVF process and responsibilities should be done. We have to talk to our heart-warmed investors ( most of investors are infertility professionals, and some of them are Yulane clients and patients) if it is necessary we need to form the new business entities instead of one Yulane name.

The Yulane performance module is designed to define the solutions on how a Yulane Baby could be created while the client is in China and the service must be conducted in the United States. What are the obstacles? What is the most different part that has blocked our ways of receiving a IVF baby in the United States from our past 10 years of IVF experiences. What are the solutions? Finally, these heart-warmed professionals including medial doctors, MBA entrepreneurs, software engineers, and attorneys who became one of the founders of Yulane’s each service organizations.
